## I. 引言

$V_i$ 表示 $p_i \in \mathcal{P}$ 与其 m 个邻近点 $p_j \in \mathcal{P} \setminus \{p_i\}$ 之间的平均距离。

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. 5. Developed network for pedestrian detection. The network consists of two kinds of inputs: the 2-D features $(f_{1}, f_{2}, f_{3}, f_{4})$ and the 3-D feature $(f_{5})$.</div>

 $$ \begin{aligned}\begin{bmatrix}\hat{x}\\\hat{y}\\\hat{z}\end{bmatrix}=\begin{bmatrix}\gamma_{1}&&\\\gamma_{2}&&\\\gamma_{3}&&\end{bmatrix}\begin{bmatrix}x\\y\\z\end{bmatrix}-\begin{bmatrix}\gamma_{1}\cdot x_{\min}\\\gamma_{2}\cdot y_{\min}\\\gamma_{3}\cdot z_{\min}\end{bmatrix}\end{aligned} $$

其中

 $$ \left\{\begin{aligned}\gamma_{1}&=\frac{\Delta_{x}}{x_{\max}-x_{\min}+1}\\ \gamma_{2}&=\frac{\Delta_{y}}{y_{\max}-y_{\min}+1}\\ \gamma_{3}&=\frac{\Delta_{z}}{z_{\max}-z_{\min}+1}.\end{aligned}\right. $$

---

其中

 $$ [t_{1},t_{2}]=S(D(f_{2\text{-D}}\oplus f_{3\text{-D}})) $$

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. 7. Robot platforms for the experiments. They are utilized for evaluating the developed person-following framework.</div>

 $$ Accuracy=\frac{N_{t}}{N_{test}} $$

 $$ T_{\mathrm{d}}=N_{\mathrm{c l u s t e r}}\times r_{\mathrm{L}}\times T_{\mathrm{c}} $$

   $$ TT=\frac{CT}{T_{total}} $$

   $$ ACC=\frac{N_{c}}{N_{total}} $$

<div style="text-align: center;">TABLE VII</div>

 $$ P_{LCAS}=\frac{N_{rp}}{N_{p}} $$

 $$ e=\frac{\sum d_{i}}{N_{\mathrm{r p}}}. $$

### C. Experiment in Real-World Scenarios
