这些聚类特征然后被投影或散布到一个 2D BEV 网格上，大小为由函数 $\mathbf{F}_{\text{enc}} \in \mathbb{R}^{C_{\text{enc}} \times H \times W}$ 决定，其中 $H = (y_{\text{range}}^{\max} - y_{\text{range}}^{\min}) / v$，和 $W = (x_{\text{range}}^{\max} - x_{\text{range}}^{\min}) / v$。 这形成了一个初始的 BEV 特征图 $(F_{bev} \in \mathbb{R}^{C_{\text{enc}} \times H \times W})$。

- 回归头：线性层预测与每个查询相关联的3D属性：尺寸 $(D \in \mathbb{R}^{N_q \times 3})$ (长度、宽度、高度)、位置 $(P \in \mathbb{R}^{N_q \times 3})$ (x、y、z) 和偏航角 $(Y \in \mathbb{R}^{N_q \times 1})$。

 $$ \mathbf{d}(\theta,\phi)=\begin{bmatrix}\cos\phi\cos\theta\\ \cos\phi\sin\theta\\ \sin\phi\end{bmatrix},\quad\mathbf{p}(t)=\mathbf{o}+t\mathbf{d}, $$

 $$ \mathcal{C}=\alpha_{\mathrm{c l s}}(1-\hat{p}_{\mathrm{c l s}})+\alpha_{\mathrm{d i c e}}\big(1-\mathrm{D i c e}(\hat{M},M)\big)+\alpha_{\mathrm{f o c}}\mathrm{F o c a l}(\hat{M},M)+\alpha_{\mathrm{r e g}}\left\|\hat{\mathbf{b}}-\mathbf{b}\right\|_{1}, $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}=\lambda_{\mathrm{cls}}\mathcal{L}_{\mathrm{cls}}+\lambda_{\mathrm{dice}}\mathcal{L}_{\mathrm{dice}}+\lambda_{\mathrm{mask}}\mathcal{L}_{\mathrm{focal}}+\lambda_{\mathrm{dim}}\|\hat{\mathbf{d}}-\mathbf{d}\|_{1}+\lambda_{\mathrm{pos}}\|\hat{\mathbf{p}}-\mathbf{p}\|_{1}+\lambda_{\mathrm{yaw}}\|\hat{\boldsymbol{\psi}}-\boldsymbol{\psi}\|_{1}, $$
