<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 1. An intuitive illustration of the CCV-space.</div>

给定一张观测到单手与某物体交互的输入图像$\mathbf{I} \in \mathbb{R}^{H \times W \times 3}$，HOPE的目标是训练一个神经网络，以预测3D手部关节位置：$\mathbf{P}_h = \{\mathbf{p}_j\}_{j=1}^J$、物体质心位置：$\mathbf{p}_o$以及物体旋转角度：$\mathbf{r}_o \in \mathfrak{so}(3)$，其中$\mathbf{p}_j, \mathbf{p}_o \in \mathbb{R}^3$、$J = 21$和$H \times W$分别表示分辨率。

<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 3. Offset surface.</div>

iii).

<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 5. Fingertip and its contact point.</div>

 $$ \mathbf{n}_{v}=(\sqrt{1-u^{2}}\cos(\phi),\sqrt{1-u^{2}}\sin(\phi),u)^{\mathsf{T}} $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{loc}=\frac{1}{22}\sum_{i=1}^{22}\left\|\mathbf{p}_{i}-\hat{\mathbf{p}}_{i}\right\|_{2}^{2} $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{c o r}=\frac{1}{8}\sum_{i=1}^{8}\Big\|\exp(\mathbf{r}_{o})*\mathbf{\bar{c}}_{i}-\mathbf{\hat{c}}_{i}\Big\|_{2}^{2} $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{o r d}=\sum_{j=1}^{8}\sum_{i=1}^{J=21}\mathbb{1}_{i,j}^{o r d}*\left|\left(\mathbf{p}_{i}-\mathbf{c}_{j}\right)\cdot\mathbf{n}_{\perp}\right| $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{s y m}=\min_{\mathbf{R}\in\mathcal{S}}\frac{1}{8}\sum_{i=1}^{8}\left\|\exp(\mathbf{r}_{o})*\mathbf{\bar{c}}_{i}-\exp(\mathbf{\hat{r}}_{o})\mathbf{R}*\mathbf{\bar{c}}_{i}\right\|_{2}^{2} $$

其中$\exp(\hat{\mathbf{r}}_{o})$表示物体的真实旋转矩阵。

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{H O P E}=\mathcal{L}_{l o c}+\lambda_{1}\mathcal{L}_{c o r}+\lambda_{2}\mathcal{L}_{o r d}+\lambda_{3}\mathcal{L}_{s y m} $$

<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 8. Ablation on offline training scheme.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Table 8. Results of porting ArtiBoost to the model in Hasson et al. [^23]. CS-J: the MPJPE in camera space; all in cm.</div>
