 $$ \begin{aligned}\hat{\theta}_{f}=\underset{\theta}{\mathrm{argmin}}\sum_{c=1}^{N_{C}}(\lambda_{1}\mathcal{L}_{s}+\lambda_{2}\mathcal{L}_{2D})+\lambda_{3}\mathcal{L}_{3D}+\\ \lambda_{4}\mathcal{L}_{p}+\lambda_{5}\mathcal{L}_{phy}+\lambda_{6}\mathcal{L}_{a}+\lambda_{7}\mathcal{L}_{m}\end{aligned} $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}_{2D}(\theta)=\sum_{i=1}^{N_{J}}\|J_{2D,c}[i]-\Pi_{c}(H_{J}(\theta)[i])\| $$

 $$ \begin{aligned}\mathcal{L}_{m}(\theta)=\sum_{i=1}^{N_{V}}\left\|(p_{j}-H_{V}(\theta)[i])\cdot H_{V}^{\perp}(\theta)[i]\right\|\\ where j=\underset{i}{\arg\min}\|p_{j}-H_{V}(\theta)[i]\|\end{aligned} $$

 $$ \mathcal{L}=\lambda_{p o s e}\sum_{i}(||\hat{\mathbf{y}}_{i}^{h,l}-\mathbf{y}_{i}^{h,l}||+||\hat{\mathbf{y}}_{i}^{h,r}-\mathbf{y}_{i}^{h,r}||+||\hat{\mathbf{y}}_{i}^{o}-\mathbf{y}_{i}^{o}||) $$

 $$ +\lambda_{conf}\sum_{i}((\hat{c}_{i}^{h,l}-c_{i}^{h,l})^{2}+(\hat{c}_{i}^{h,r}-c_{i}^{h,r})^{2}+(\hat{c}_{i}^{o}-c_{i}^{o})^{2}) $$

![Image](images/80c266062a7b7d88cb8b77b5f314a03b9496809f00f32b6de098960391e295bd.jpg)

<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 5: Qualitative results on the H2O dataset. We show estimated hand 3D pose, object 6D pose, and action labels. The proposed method can properly handle challenging occlusions.</div>

 $$ \mathbf{f_{out}}=\sum_{j}\mathbf{W_{j}f_{in}}(\mathbf{A_{j}}\odot\mathbf{M_{j}}) $$

其中 $\mathbf{f}_{\mathrm{in}} \in \mathbb{R}^{C_{\mathrm{in}} \times T \times N}$ 是输入特征图，$\mathbf{A}_{\mathbf{j}} \in \mathbb{R}^{N \times N}$ 是表示骨骼连接的邻接矩阵，$\mathbf{W}_{\mathbf{j}} \in \mathbb{R}^{C_{\mathrm{out}} \times C_{\mathrm{in}} \times 1 \times 1}$ 是 $1 \times 1$ 次卷积的权重向量，而 $\mathbf{M}_{\mathbf{j}} \in \mathbb{R}^{N \times N}$ 则是注意力图。

 $$ \mathbf{f_{out}}=\sum_{j}\mathbf{W_{j}f_{in}}(\mathbf{A_{j,intra}}+\mathbf{A_{j,inter}}+\mathbf{T_{j,intra}}+\mathbf{T_{j,inter}}+\mathbf{S_{j}}) $$

 $$ \mathbf{S_{j}}={s o f t m a x}(\mathbf{f_{i n}^{T}}\mathbf{W}_{\theta j}^{\mathbf{T}}\mathbf{W}_{\phi j}\mathbf{f_{i n}}) $$
