<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. 1: EgoBody is a large-scale dataset capturing ground-truth 3D human motions during social interactions in 3D scenes. Given two interacting subjects, we leverage a lightweight multi-camera rig to reconstruct their 3D shape and pose over time (top row). One of the subjects (blue) wears a head-mounted device, synchronized with the rig, capturing egocentric multi-modal data like eye gaze tracking (red circles in first two rows) and RGB images (bottom).</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. 2: Capture setup. Multiple Azure Kinects capture the interactions from different views (A, B, C), and a synchronized HoloLens2 worn by one subject captures the egocentric view image (D), as well as the eye gaze (red circle) of the camera wearer.</div>

全局平移$\gamma \in \mathbb{R}^3$、体型$\beta \in \mathbb{R}^{10}$、姿态$\theta \in \mathbb{R}^{96}$（身体和手部）以及面部表情$\phi \in \mathbb{R}^{10}$。

 $$ E(\boldsymbol{\beta},\boldsymbol{\gamma},\boldsymbol{\theta},\phi)=E_{J}+\lambda_{D}E_{D}+E_{p r i o r}+\lambda_{c o n t a c t}E_{c o n t a c t}+\lambda_{c o l l}E_{c o l l}, $$

 $$ E_{J}(\boldsymbol{\beta},\boldsymbol{\gamma},\boldsymbol{\theta},\phi)=\sum_{v i e w v}E_{J_{v}}(\boldsymbol{\beta},\boldsymbol{\gamma},\boldsymbol{\theta},\phi,J_{O P}^{v},K_{v},T_{v}), $$

---

 $$ E_{T}(T)=\sum_{t}||K^{e g o}T_{t}^{e g o}T J_{3D,t}-J_{O P,t}^{e g o}||_{2}^{2}+\lambda||T-T_{i n i t}||_{2}^{2}, $$

 $$ E(\boldsymbol{\gamma},\boldsymbol{\varTheta},\boldsymbol{\phi})=E_{J}+E_{J_{e g o}}+E_{p r i o r}+\lambda_{s m o o t h}E_{s m o o t h}+\lambda_{f r i c}E_{f r i c}, $$

---

![Image](images/5ebd873f9e8fc83b0e17c0d16e5409915d97d88937345e709ef1cd1e79fc7bc8.jpg)

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. 6: First Row: Impact of motion blur (left) / joint visibility (right) on SoTA method accuracies. Second Row: 3D joint error analysis by body parts (left) / ratio of each joint group being invisible (truncated) from the images in our test set (right).</div>

#### A.1 校准

我们采用SMPL-X [^73]，它将人体表示为一个函数$\mathcal{M}_b(\gamma, \beta, \theta, \phi)$。该函数将全局平移$\gamma \in \mathbb{R}^3$、人体形状$\beta \in \mathbb{R}^{10}$、姿态$\theta$以及面部表情$\phi \in \mathbb{R}^{10}$映射为包含10475个顶点的人体三角网格。

![Image](images/8b91a875e910af57333a9ea22868e1acc27d2c64e9e42d1f6b77a2663fc92ff2.jpg)

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. S1: Limitations for OpenPose 2D joint detection when body-body occlusion (left), body-scene occlusion (middle), or self-occlusion (right) happens. Different keypoint colors denote different detected body indices.</div>

---

<div style="text-align: center;">Table S1: Motion smoothness evaluation of HPS and our dataset. PSKL(X, A) denotes PSKL(HPS/ours, AMASS), and PSKL(A, HPS/ours) the reverse direction. Better result in boldface.</div>

<table border=1 style='margin: auto; word-wrap: break-word;'><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'></td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>PSKL(X,A) $\downarrow$</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>PSKL(A,X) $\downarrow$</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>HPS [^29]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.924</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>1.044</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>EgoBody</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.312</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.262</td></tr></table>

<div style="text-align: center;">(b)</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">Fig. S7: (a) The user interface, and the (b) definition of the 17 joints, for AMT manual annotation.</div>
