这两种距离都是在$\mathcal{S}$与估计出的点云集$\hat{\mathcal{S}} \left( |\mathcal{S}| = |\hat{\mathcal{S}} | \right)$之间计算的。如果$s \in \mathcal{R}^{3 \times 1}$和$\hat{s} \in \mathcal{R}^{3 \times 1}$分别为真实值和预测的3D点，

Our proposed has an RGB image encoder(a), a point cloud decoder (b) and a 3D pose decoder (c). We experiment with three template initializations in (d) to (f) and observe that the most effective is to use local 3D initializations that represent the various semantic components of the hand (f).</div>

 $$ d_{C D}(\mathcal{S},\hat{\mathcal{S}})=\frac{1}{|S|}\sum_{s\in S}\operatorname*{m i n}_{\hat{s}\in\hat{S}}||s-\hat{s}||_{2}^{2}+\frac{1}{|\hat{S}|}\sum_{\hat{s}\in\hat{S}}\operatorname*{m i n}_{s\in S}||s-\hat{s}||_{2}^{2}, $$

设$\phi : \hat{S} \to S$为一个双射关系，也就是说对于所有$s \in S$，都存在唯一与之匹配的点$s \in \hat{S}$。

 $$ \begin{array}{r}{d_{\mathrm{E M D}}(\hat{\mathcal{S}},\mathcal{S})=\operatorname*{m i n}_{\phi:\hat{\mathcal{S}}\to\mathcal{S}}\displaystyle\sum_{s\in\hat{\mathcal{S}}}||s-\phi(s)||_{2}.}\end{array} $$

 $$ \begin{array}{r}{\mathcal{L}_{\mathrm{p c}}=\displaystyle\sum_{i}\left(d_{C D}^{L_{i}}+d_{E M D}^{L_{i}}\right)+d_{C D}^{G}+d_{E M D}^{G},}\end{array} $$

具体而言，MANO用参数$\mathcal{M} \in R^{N \times 3}$对三角网格$\{\vec{\beta}, \vec{\theta}\}$进行参数化，其中$\vec{\beta} \in R^{10}$表示形状参数，$\vec{\theta} \in R^{K \times 3}$表示姿态参数。与[^79]类似，我们通过最小化以下L2目标函数$\mathbf{J}_{\text{MANO}} \in R^{21 \times 3}$，使MANO模型$\mathbf{J}_{\text{gt}} \in R^{21 \times 3}$拟合真实值3D姿态$\min_{\vec{\beta}, \vec{\theta}} \|\mathbf{J}_{\text{gt}} - \mathbf{J}_{\text{MANO}}\|_2$。
