SMPL参数化模型[^74]在人体交互类数据集中被广泛采用，该模型将人体网格表示为身体姿态$\theta \in \mathbb{R}^{23 \times 3}$、全局朝向$q_i \in \mathbb{R}^3$、根部平移$\gamma_i \in \mathbb{R}^3$以及身体形状参数$\beta \in \mathbb{R}^{10}$，这些参数会根据参与者的身高、体重和性别来确定[^76] [^94] [^122]。

 $$ \mathcal{L}=\lambda_{j}\mathcal{L}_{j}+\lambda_{s}\mathcal{L}_{s}+\lambda_{r e g}\mathcal{L}_{r e g}, $$

物体运动可以用平移$t^o \in \mathbb{R}^3$以及6D旋转表示下的旋转$r^o \in \mathbb{R}^6$来描述[^142]。

人类运动分别用$H = \{h_I, h_A\}$表示教师和助手的运动，其中$h_I / h_A$可细分为分别表示身体姿态、全局朝向、根部平移以及身体形状参数的$\{\theta \in \mathbb{R}^{23 \times 6}, q \in \mathbb{R}^6, \gamma \in \mathbb{R}^3, \beta \in \mathbb{R}^{10}\}$。物体运动可用$O = \{o_i\}_{i=0}^{N_0}$表示，其中$o_i = \{r_i^o \in \mathbb{R}^6, t_i^o \in \mathbb{R}^3\}$分别对应物体的旋转和平移；$N_o$表示物体的数量。

<div style="text-align: center;">Figure 4. Task Formulation of InterVLA. We establish multiple downstream tasks on egocentric human motion estimation, text-driven interaction synthesis, motion-based interaction prediction and vision-language based interaction prediction. All these benchmarks showcase the great challenges of our InterVLA dataset and will benefit practical, intelligent AI assistants.</div>

 $$ F_{M E}(\boldsymbol{v}_{h})\mapsto\hat{h}_{I}, $$

 $$ F_{I S}(\boldsymbol{H}^{0},\boldsymbol{O}^{0},\boldsymbol{G},l)\mapsto\{\hat{\boldsymbol{H}},\hat{\boldsymbol{O}}\}, $$

<div style="text-align: center;">Table 2. Quantitative results of egocentric global human motion estimation on the InterVLA dataset. Bold for the best results.</div>

<table border=1 style='margin: auto; word-wrap: break-word;'><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>Methods</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>R Precision (Top 3) †</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>FID ↓</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>MM Dist ↓</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>Diversity →</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>MModality ↑</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>Real</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.7592 \pm 0.0026</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.0203 \pm 0.0018</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>3.8718 \pm 0.0064</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>9.0164 \pm 0.0831</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>—</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>MDM [^106]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.4897 \pm 0.0067</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>2.8039 \pm 0.0727</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>5.4879 \pm 0.0212</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>7.7260 \pm 0.0633</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>1.9888 \pm 0.0694</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>priorMDM [^101]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.5250 \pm 0.0068</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>6.2766 \pm 0.0777</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>5.5129 \pm 0.0188</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>8.9414 \pm 0.0888</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>2.1227 \pm 0.0993</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>HIMO [^76]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.5707 \pm 0.0029</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.6805 \pm 0.0136</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>4.9609 \pm 0.0162</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>8.9849 \pm 0.0554</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>1.1478 \pm 0.0658</td></tr></table>

 $$ F_{M-I P}(\boldsymbol{H}^{t_{I}:t-1},\boldsymbol{O}^{t_{I}:t-1},\boldsymbol{G})\mapsto\{\hat{\boldsymbol{H}}^{t:t_{E}},\hat{\boldsymbol{O}}^{t:t_{E}}\}, $$

<div style="text-align: center;">Table 4. Quantitative results of motion-based interaction prediction on the InterVLA dataset.</div>

 $$ F_{{V L-I P}}(\mathbf{v}_{h}^{t_{I}:t-1},\mathbf{h}_{A}^{t_{I}:t-1},\boldsymbol{l})\mapsto\{\hat{\mathbf{h}_{A}}^{t:t_{E}}\}, $$

<table border=1 style='margin: auto; word-wrap: break-word;'><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>Method</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>Avg. Disp. Error $\downarrow$</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>FHOI [^70]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.29</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.38</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>OCT [^71]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.28</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.36</td></tr><tr><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>USST [^7]</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.24</td><td style='text-align: center; word-wrap: break-word;'>0.32</td></tr></table>

<div style="text-align: center;">Table 5. Quantitative results of vision-language based interaction prediction on the InterVLA dataset.</div>
