我们使用6自由度姿态来表示物体的位置和朝向，其中包含平移 $T \in \mathbb{R}^3$ 和旋转 $R \in \mathbf{SO}(3)$。

 $$ \theta_{t}^{*},\beta_{t}^{*},r_{t}^{*}=\underset{\theta_{t},\beta_{t},r_{t}}{\arg\min}||\varPi J(\theta_{t},\beta_{t},r_{t})-j_{t}^{2d}||^{2}+\lambda||M_{t}\cdot(\mathbf{R}(\theta_{t},\beta_{t},r_{t})-D_{t})||^{2} $$

 $$ \min_{q_{t}}\sum_{i=0}^{N}||\mathbf{v}_{\mathbf{i}}^{\mathbf{H}}(\theta_{t},\beta_{t},r_{t})-\mathbf{v}_{\mathbf{i}}^{\mathbf{R}}(q_{t})||^{2}+\alpha||q_{t}-q_{t-1}||^{2}, $$

其中，用于人类的手部正运动学函数$\mathbf{v}_{\mathbf{i}}^{\mathbf{H}}(\theta,\beta,r)$可计算出人类手部的第i个TSV，而机器人正运动学函数$\mathbf{v}_{\mathbf{i}}^{\mathbf{R}}(q)$则用于计算

---

GAIL 的目标是最小化目标函数 $d(\rho_{\pi_{\mathrm{E}}},\rho_{\pi_{\theta}})$，其中 d 为距离函数，$\pi_{\theta}$ 是由 $\theta$ 参数化的策略。

 $$ \begin{array}{r}{\underset{\theta}{\mathrm{m i n}}\underset{w}{\mathrm{m a x}}\underset{s,a\sim\rho_{\pi_{s}}}{\mathbb{D}}\left[\log D_{w}(s,a)\right]+\underset{s,a\sim\rho_{\pi_{\mathrm{D}}}}{\mathbb{E}}\left[\log(1-D_{w}(s,a))\right],}\end{array} $$

 $$ g_{a u g}=\sum_{(s,a)\in\rho_{\pi_{\theta}}}\nabla_{\theta}\ln\pi_{\theta}(a|s)A^{\pi_{\theta}}(s,a)+\sum_{(s,a)\in\rho_{\pi_{\mathrm{D}}}}\nabla_{\theta}\ln\pi_{\theta}(a|s)\lambda_{0}\lambda_{1}^{k}, $$
